SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Physical Products are printed to order and will be shipped to the customer within 48 hours of purchase. Wall art will be packaged in a protective cover and shipped inside a sturdy mailer tube for protection.

Digital products are delivered and downloadable via email, Drop Box, Mail Chimp, Amazon or Squarespace in the form of PDF, E-Book or file.

Physical products will be shipped via Australia Post and may take up to 7 – 10 days to arrive. We take no responsibility for the loss, damage or shipping timeframe of Australia Post and will provide tracking where possible.

 Postage costs will be displayed upon checkout on our website and may be subject to change or fluctuate over time, depending on the postal carrier’s policies.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product appears faulty or damaged and not through means of postage, please contact us immediately for a full refund.

If a digital download or file appears faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will re-send the product via another means.

We may request a product to be returned to us before replacement or refund is provided. In this instance the product must be returned within 7 – 10 days of receiving the items. If you are returning a product, please ensure it is package securely to avoid further damage and send to:

If a physical product appears faulty or damaged and not through means of postage, a full refund will be provided

We do not provide refunds on digital or downloadable products.

As this is a service and customers are also paying for our time, we do not offer refunds on e-decorating services. If you believe your service to be unsatisfactory, we will offer one free revision service in the form of a mood board and shopping list to work with you in order to complete the service and its desired results.

If a client fails to respond to verbal, digital or email communications within 48 hours of a request or communication, the designer reserves the right to cancel a service immediately without prior written or verbal consent from the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A product or service can be cancelled by the customer at any time. In the event of illness or unforeseeable circumstances the product may be refunded in part or full, depending on the circumstance. Products or services will not be refunded due to change of mind.

In the event of illness or unforeseeable circumstances, Jessica Flood Design may cancel a product or service at any time. In this instance, the product or service will be refunded in full.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee to complete the service terms in full after full payment has been received. Customers of design services will be entitled to one free revision service, including mood board and shopping in order to complete the service in full. If a product or service cannot be complete in full, please see the refund and returns terms and conditions for further information.

Physical or digital products and services will be sent to the customer within 48 hours of purchase.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for products and services must be paid in full at the time of check out before a service can begin or product shipped and delivered. We offer a range of payment processing services to ensure your transaction runs as smooth as possible.

Additional services not included in our e-decorating packages will be invoiced directly to the customer. Payment terms are net seven (7) calendar days from date of invoice.

PRICING

Products and services displayed on the website are available online only. The prices displayed on the website, are quoted in AUS Dollars. Please allow for currency conversion or taxes when shopping internationally.

Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior written or verbal notification.

 

PRINTING, COLOURS & MEASUREMENTS

Due to the nature of printing and digital display, colours of wall art prints may vary slightly to those shown on screen.

Due to the nature of digital display and individual computer resolutions and manufacturing techniques, products purchased online may vary in real life, colour and size than displayed online. It is your responsibility to view the item in person before purchasing, check if an item fits the space and fits through building and entryway access points before purchasing. We do not take responsibility for discrepancies with recommended items purchased from shopping lists, services, blogs or advise given by us or any other entity on this site..

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

Occasionally our website may crash, malfunction or display a damaged link. In this case we do not take responsibility for any loss or damages caused by website availability or technology issues from third party providers such as Squarespace or Mail Chimp or other services.
