Personal details including the collection of names, addresses, email, phone number and other personal records will be recorded by Jessica Flood Design and the third parties in question in order to process the payments. To the best of our knowledge, all payment processing providers comply with international PCI standards and data security. Jessica Flood Design does not take responsibility for the misinformation or discrepancies of third party providers.

Jessica Flood Design does not store credit card details via hard copy, server, shopping cart software or in any other form unless consent is given by the customer.

The customer’s confidential information is encrypted and transferred via secure SSL connections that encrypts the connection between browser and web server to securely transmit information and prevent third parties from accessing, altering and this information where possible. Authentication is required by the customer to protect against impersonation by requiring web server proof of identity.
